Returns & exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges

I don't accept cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.  If you want to change some parameters like address/size, we will do our best but cannot promise.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders
• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Delivery

 

Processing time:

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items. We take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts, etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel products (posters, etc.). Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depends on product type and destination.

Estimated shipping times:

Delivery times from US: 5-8 Business Days

International from US: 10-20 Business Days

International from Europe: 10-20 Business Days

These are all ESTIMATED timelines only. we are not responsible for unforeseen or unexpected postal delays beyond our control.

The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost parcel. It is your responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the Product was delivered. In such case we will not make any refunds and will not resend the Product. Products claimed as damaged or not received are subject to our investigation and discretion.

Customs & Import Tax

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Before ordering, we invite you to have a close look at the Product description and design.

We use our best efforts to provide you with the best images and descriptions, but unfortunately cannot guarantee that colours and details in website images are 100% accurate representations of the product, and sizes might in some cases be approximate.

Sometimes during the manufacturing process Products can be damaged, they won't be shipped out to you, however they can still be used for charitable purposes. We reserves the right to donate all damaged items with full or partial designs to charity and you hereby waive your right to collect royalties or other fees regarding damaged Products that are donated.
